The thin peels of the pink grapefruit are infused, others are placed in the basket above the boiler. Distillation is carried out using the previously obtained infusion, the vapours of which, passing through the peels, extract aromas and fragrances. The distillate is thus blended into the Dolce Vita Gin recipe, from which a citrus bouquet stands out.
